I’m a therapist, but mostly just a person.

Maybe…
your relationships aren’t as satisfying as they once were.
you’re struggling from burnout or negative thought spirals.
you’re feeling overwhelmed.
you have difficulty setting boundaries.
you need a space to feel heard.
you’ve decided that something needs to change.
being ready isn’t a feeling, it’s a decision.
Philosophy & Values
Relational + Connection Oriented
Just as I ask my clients to, I will always show up as I am, human first. Did you know that research shows* the quality of the therapeutic relationship is consistently the best indicator for positive outcomes in therapy? This is why I prioritize connection-because it’s where the real healing happens.
Compassionate Accountability
I believe in honesty delivered with care. I’m not afraid to name patterns or behaviors that might be keeping you stuck, but I won’t do that right away as trust and safety come first. When I do offer a challenge, it’s as an invitation to explore with curiosity, not as criticism.
Similarly, I always welcome feedback if I ever miss the mark. My intention is to model reflection to show that growth is ongoing, even for me.
Context matters
I don’t see you as separate from your environment, in fact, I believe you are a product of your environment! Systems, culture, and access (or lack thereof) all shape how we learn to survive and navigate the world. I value exploring and naming how privilege, power, and oppression can impact our well-being.
Humility!
I don’t pretend to have all the answers because I don’t! My goal is never to “fix” you because you don’t need fixing! You are a whole human being! My goal is to help you understand you and all of your parts more deeply, honor the ways you’ve learned to survive, and support you in finding what feels most aligned with you.
