Phone Consultation

What to expect: We’ll have a 15-20 minute chat about your needs, my approaches, and decide together if we’re a good fit. I will be able to answer and address any questions or concerns that you have - about me, the therapy process, or anything else!

Individual Psychotherapy

intake: $145

Our first session (the intake) is a chance to get to know you. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what’s important to you, and what you hope to get out of therapy. We’ll go over your history, current concerns, and general goals so we can build a foundation that actually fits you.

follow ups: $125

Follow-up sessions are more flexible and shaped around your needs. Some days might look structured and focused; others might simply be space to talk and process. I pull from different approaches - CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, IFS-informed, and humanistic therapy.*

I often incorporate mindfulness, mind body connection, and somatic approaches and always work through a trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent affirming, and sex-positive lens.

*If this therapy jargon doesn’t mean much to you, that’s totally okay. All it really means is that I use approaches that are grounded in research, tailored to you, and human centered.

I recognize these rates are inaccessible for some. For that reason, I offer a sliding scale for a limited number of clients. Please reach out with any questions around this.

Groups

$15 flat rate

Every other Monday @ 5:30 I am offering an open, virtual neurodivergent support/body doubling group. 5 participants minimum, max 12.

Payment

I accept credit, debit, FSA, and HSA as forms of payment.

I also offer superbills. This is just a fancy way of saying you pay me directly and I provide you with a receipt. You then provide this to your insurance and depending on your insurance carrier/plan, they will sometimes offer partial reimbursement for an “out of network provider”.

*please call your insurance company to verify reimbursement benefits for an out of network provider. I cannot guarantee reimbursement.

In compliance with the No Surprises Act, I am able to provide a good faith estimate of cost of expected services over a period of time.
